About 22B-D2P3N104
The 22B-D2P3N104 PowerFlex 40 Drive has an integral PID loop to control proportional, integral, and differential functions. The user can set process feedbacks like tension, flow, and pressure. These reference points will then be used by the PID loop to generate error values, enhancing application flexibility. This drive can be used for basic trim control and exclusive control. The CE-marked 22B-D2P3N104 features UL, CUL, KCC, and EAC certifications, and approvals. It has a removable MOV that allows it to operate with ungrounded systems. Its ground fault protection ensures reliable operation in the start and running phase of the motor. It has a Class 10 motor overload protection of 150% for 60 seconds, and 200% for 3 seconds. Plus, it safeguards against overcurrent with 300% instantaneous fault and 200% hardware limit.
Through Sensorless Vector Control, the 22B-D2P3N104 VFDs can achieve precise Speed and Torque Regulation with high starting Torque capability.
For full integration to control systems, specifically Logix Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) platforms, the embedded RS485 communication port may be used or optional communication modules that the 22B-D2P3N104 supports. With full integration, drive parameters are directly linked to the controller memory which can be modified according to user logic and assigned with different triggers to dynamically modify the drive configuration.
The 22B-D2P3N104 is powered by an input voltage supply 342-528VAC, 3-Phase with an input frequency of 48-63 Hz, and current of 3.2 Amperes. The output voltage of the drive is 0-460VAC, 3-Phase, frequency of 0-400Hz and continuous current of 2.3 Amperes. Applicable motor rating is 0.75 kW or 1.0 Horsepower.
